SHIPPING

How much will shipping cost?
UK shipping is free for orders over £60, any orders less than that will be charged a shipping fee at a flat rate of £1.99 or £2.99.

When will I receive my order?
We process all orders between 1 - 3 working days on orders processed before 12pm GMT.

We expect 3-5 working days for UK customers.

Estimated shipping times are from the point of dispatch from our warehouse.

What is the status of my order?
Please check your dispatch email for tracking information.

UK orders will be shipped Tracked 48 via Post-Office. Please check your dispatch email from thegil.stores@gmail.com for tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?
Although we do not currently ship outside of the UK, we plan to do so in the near future.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you received an email saying that your order has been shipped, then we cannot cancel your order. It means it has already left our warehouse and it is in the awesome hands of the carrier.

 If it has not been shipped, and you wish to change or cancel an order after you’ve submitted it, please email our Customer Support team at thegil.stores@gmail.com along with your order number.
